Updating payment details

Step 1: Log into your Co-Kinetic account and click on the Payment cards area in the Account Administration menu on the left of the page (see image below) - if you are already logged in, then click the word Account (next to the Logout/login button) in the top right hand corner of the black header menu bar.

Step 2: Click the Edit button next to the card you want to edit. If your card number has stayed the same and you just need to update the expiry date you can do this. Alternatively you can add a new card.

​Step 3: The last and most important step is click the Set Default button next to the card you want to use, so that it uses the correct card with the updated details.

Any problems at all just click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and tell us what the issue is and we'll hop on and help you out.

We don't actually store your credit card details, we use a payment provider called Stripe to do this securely on our behalf as they meet all the compliancy and security requirements that we don't have the capacity to meet ourselves so you can rest assured that everything is secure and safe.
