Purchasing & Subscription Questions

I'd like a printed invoice for my subscription/orders

Step 1: No problem, just click the Purchase History link in the My Account Panel.

Step 2: Click the Download button next to the order you'd like the invoice for.

When I click the Campaigns or Integrations links, I get a pop-up message asking me to upgrade. Why is this?

Basically it means you have quite an old subscription which doesn't include access to the new Marketing platform area. I've written a short explanation about why and what you need to do to upgrade at this link.

What if I don't get on with the marketing aspect of the platform and want to cancel? can cancel at any time as our subscriptions are usually monthly rolling subscriptions. Just be aware that if you hit the cancel button, this cancellation becomes effective immediately. So we'd advise you to wait until nearer the subscription expiry time before cancelling (you can always put a note in your diary). You can cancel your subscription at any time (and see the end date of your current month) at this link.

How does this affect my existing content subscription if I have one?

It doesn't need to affect it all. We simply add a new subscription to give you access to the Marketing Campaigns area of the website. Your content subscription continues as normal. If you decide to take a break, or stop the marketing campaigns subscription, it's completely separate to your content subscription.

Which subscription is right for me?

  • The physical therapy subscription covers the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and is written specifically for physical therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, athletic therapists/trainers and sports therapists.
  • The manual/massage therapy subscription covers topics specific to massage and it's role in injury prevention as well as health and wellbeing.
  • The full site subscription includes both the subscriptions above as well as the marketing system and content that helps you grow your business (this is currently the only subscription which includes the marketing aspect of Co-Kinetic).

If you're not sure which is most relevant to you out of the physical and manual therapy categories, why not sign up for both and explore the content to see which you prefer. If you decide one is less relevant, as long as you cancel it within 14 days of signing up, you won't be charged anything.

What if I cancel my subscription and I still have campaigns running?

If you cancel a subscription, access to the marketing section (and all content you have access to) stops immediately and any active campaigns will stop so if you're thinking about cancelling make sure not to cancel until the period of your subscription is about to end.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. We bill monthly so you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account through the website at any time, or you can ask us to do it using the live Chat tool on our website. If we receive your request to cancel your subscription during office hours UK 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, and it renews after this time, we will issue you with a refund, as it is our responsibility that we didn't cancel it for you before it renewed.

However if you notify us outside office hours and the subscription renews, this won't qualify for a refund. As much as I love my job, sometimes I have to have time off too!

Please note, that you can cancel the subscription yourself at any time following the three steps below, but please note that this cancellation will be effective immediately.

How do I cancel a subscription

Just log into the website and under your Account Administration panel, click the word Subscriptions. You'll see a Edit button to the right of your subscriptions, click that and then click the orange Cancel button (see images below). This will cancel your subscription effective immediately so if you still have time left to run on the subscription, it would be better to set yourself a diary reminder to cancel before the renewal date.

Please note that currently we're unable to refund for any part of the unused portion of the subscription and access to the content will be effective immediately.

When I subscribe would I have full access to past kits as well as future?

Yes, under the Marketing Campaign Kits subscription you have access to every campaign we've published while your subscription is active.
