This multi-disciplinary conference was aimed at orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, physiotherapists and other sports and exercise professionals. The programme aims to have broad appeal, and specifically includes the opportunity to debate controversial issues. An internationally renowned team of experts has been brought together for the faculty in order to provide the latest insights into treatment and prevention of sporting injuries.

Mr Jonathan Webb is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon MB ChB FRCS (London) FRCS (Orth) who specialises in all aspects of knee treatment, with particular expertise in soft tissue injury. As a former first-class rugby player, Mr Webb has invaluable insight into the pressures facing sports professionals and has treated national and international athletes from a variety of sports. He has a particular interest in arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery and treatment of knee ligament injuries, using latest day stay techniques for rapid patient recovery and rehabilitation.
His recent and current appointments include: Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon; Honorary Senior Lecturer, University of Bristol; Founder and director of an independent, multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic; Interviewer and tutor for University of Bristol medical students.
